Salon Covid Policies

It is almost time to come visit us in salon, with that in mind we just wanted to touch base and update you on the changes we have made in salon and what to expect during your visit with us.

• We are asking for all clients to arrive alone and at their allocated time. Not early and Please not late as we may not be able to facilitate you passed your time, we are working of a tight schedule

• We will require an ongoing booking deposit to secure appointments with a 24hr cancellation policy in place (you may want to consider booking your next appointment prior to leaving this visit)

• The night before your appointment you will receive an email with your appointment time and Our current Policies

• We are working off appointments only

• Upon arrival you will be asked to sanitize your hands, and wait to be seated.

• You will then be directed to your stylist’s chair, we are offering Tea & Coffee

• Please minimise your personal belongs (small handbag no shopping bags etc)

• Any coats and personal belongings to be placed on shelf below the ledge on your station or in a bag if you have one.

• We have introduced a one-way system in the salon with separate doors for entering and exiting. Please note the stickers on the floor to see the direction.

• We are not providing reading materials. You can bring your own if you wish.

• If you are feeling unwell or are showing signs & Symptoms of Covid-19, please reschedule your appointment as we will not be able to proceed if you turn into salon with symptoms

• Please be aware that in some cases it’s been 4 to 6 months since your last colour resulting in a large regrowth area, this may cost you a little bit extra this time but you might have already been preparing for this

• We have increased our cleaning in the salon. Each section area and all tools used will be sanitized between clients.

• You may not recognise us but underneath all that PPE it is us. Your lovable hair crew who cannot wait to get their hands on your hair! (we are not weird we swear!)
