Since the early 1990’s Audrey Mc Grath has worked with the L’Avenue group, in November 2003 Audrey franchised one of the salons herself and has trained in the Fantastic Business Masters, Audrey also has a VTCT Award in Education & Training (QCF) & VTCT qualification in Assessing Vocational Achievement(QCF).

We are a creative team with the combined experience of over 40+ years of Hair and Beauty. Every member of our team has a passion for our industry, and are trained to the highest standards with regular ongoing training, We have Three Alfaparf Colour Degree Specialists, Two certified in Great Lengths application, Two Specialists in HD Brows, A professional Make-up artist.

We enjoy keeping up to date with the current trends and training available to ensure our clients receive the best and most enjoyable service which is one of the main reasons that at L’Avenue we are opening an Academy in Hairdressing and Make-up Artistry.
